Q. How many events will Scott Family Ranch be hosting?
A. We will only be booking 2 events per month! Once there are already 2 events paid for and reserved, the month will be full.
Q. How does booking work?
A. Connect with us via email or social media if you are interested in hosting your next event at Scott Family Ranch. We will send you a questionnaire to gather more information about your event. If your date is available and we don’t already have 2 events planned that month, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made to reserve your date.
Q. What about music and a DJ?
A. Given the nature of Scott Family Ranch and that it is within our community, we want to be respectful of all people in our vicinity. We do not allow a DJ service and amplified music. However! The Barn is equipped with mounted speakers and stereo system that is set up for mobile device connection and music.
Q. What are the hours that I may rent Scott Family Ranch?
A. You may rent Scott Family Ranch with the event beginning no earlier than 10am and ending no later than 9pm. Clean up will need to be completed by 10pm.
Q. Is there parking on site?
A. Yes! We have parking at The Ranch for you and your guests.
Q. Is there air condoning in The Barn?
A. Yes! We have just added air conditioning. Woot Woot!
Q. What are the taxes, service fees, or additional charges?
A. There are none! What you see is what you get, there are no unexpected charges.
Q. What is included in the price?
A. You will have parking access, restroom facilities, music setup and speakers, 1 live-edge 12’ table and 2 benches under the covered back, 1 custom made white butcher block“Cheers” bar, ivory chiffon curtains that frame The Barn’s entrance as well as drape down the beams overhead, strand lighting, electrical outlets within The Barn, Back Lawn, 2 wine barrels for decor. We are adding to it constantly so, stay tuned!
Q. Are there bathrooms on site?
A. Yes, there are facilities for you and your guests.
Q. Do I need event insurance?
A. Yes, you will be required to get special event insurance and provide proof 1 month prior to event.
Q. May we have alcohol at Scott Family Ranch?
A. Yes, however there will be no liquor, only beer and wine are permitted. All alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
